Return Policy

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. See  TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We're confident that you will be delighted with your Este Riste purchase, so as soon as you get it, please take a moment to try it on and make sure everything is okay.  In the event that you need to return the product, we request that you contact us within one week of receipt to request a return label.

 

* Ensure you have read and followed the instructions and are wearing it properly

* Each piece is quality checked before it is posted to you.  In case of fault, please contact us immediately to arrange for an exchange.

* Call our Customer Service/? hotline if you feel you need further help

* Returns need to be authorized within one week of receipt of the item.  Please note that you will be responsible for return shipping cost.

* To authorize a return, send your invoice number and reason for return to [email protected].  You will receive a RMA number along with a prepaid return label.  Please post your return as soon as possible, in not more than 7 days.  Once product has been returned, and confirmed that it has not been tampered with, you will receive a full refund, minus the return shipping fee.
